GeeTest v3 的 gt 和 challenge 来自页面的 register 请求；challenge 只能使用一次。v4 则在 initParameters 中发送 version 4 和 captcha_id。

createTask 和 getTaskResult

创建任务，等待约 5 秒，然后每 5 秒查询一次结果，直到状态为 ready。如果任务失败，API 会返回错误，费用退回余额。

使用经典表单 API 发送同样的任务。加上 json=1 可获得 JSON 回复；不加则回复纯文本，例如 OK|1001。
