UTC 기준 하루 동안의 사용 내역을 시간별로 돌려줘요. 작업 수와 쓴 금액이에요. 실패하거나 환불된 작업은 세지 않아요.

date는 원하는 날 안의 아무 Unix 시간이에요. 없으면 오늘(UTC)을 써요.
