Accounts
An account is one access token. Anyone who has the token can use the account and its balance, so keep it private. The token cannot be recovered if it is lost.
API keys
Each account has one API key for the solver API. Treat it like the token: anyone with the key can spend the balance. You can replace the key on the account page.
Allowed use
Use the service only for websites and accounts you are allowed to automate. Do not use it to break the law, to attack or overload websites, or to get into accounts or systems that are not yours. Accounts used this way are blocked.
Prices
Prices are per 1,000 solved CAPTCHAs in US dollars and are shown on the pricing page. A task is charged at the price shown when it is created.
Payments
The balance is topped up with USDT on TRON (TRC20). Each top-up has its own address and exact amount and is added after the network confirms it.
Failed tasks
Tasks that fail, cannot be solved or are not solved within 5 minutes are refunded to the balance automatically.
Service level
Solving time and success depend on the CAPTCHA and the website, and are not guaranteed. Requests are refused with an error, and not charged, when no solver capacity is available.
Data
Images, proxies and request details are deleted when a task finishes. The type, status, cost, answer and time are kept in your task history.
Support
Questions are handled through tickets on your account, available after your first top-up.

These terms can change. The version on this page applies to tasks created after it is published.
