1. Account

   Sign up without a name, email or phone number. Your account token is stored only as a hash, and your API keys as a hash plus an encrypted copy so you can view them on the account page. We also keep the sign-up time, the device type (phone, tablet or computer), the site language, a hash of the sign-up IP address and the IP allow list you set.

2. Tasks

   Images, audio, proxy details and page parameters are deleted as soon as a task ends. Your task history keeps only the type, status, cost, answer and times, a short hash of the sending IP address, and the softId and callback address if you sent them.

3. Top-ups

   For each top-up we keep only the amount, the payment address and the transaction id.

4. Support

   Paying customers get support tickets on the account page. Tickets stay with your account, so the whole conversation is in one place.

5. Cookies

   Only two cookies: one keeps you signed in, one remembers the site language. No advertising or analytics trackers.

6. Other services

   Task details go only to the solving provider, and only what it needs to solve the CAPTCHA, such as the page address, site key, image or proxy. Site traffic is protected by Cloudflare.

7. Changes

   Any update to this policy is published on this page and applies from that time.
